Class #1

You will need wall space and a pillow for this class. In this class we are working with the integration of the three girdles: Plantar, hip and shoulder girdle.

Class #2

You will need wall space and a pillow for this class. We are stimulating the plantar girdle integrating the work with hip work.

Class #3

You will need space on the floor, and a pillow. We continue working with the floor as the main part of this sequence. One of the main characteristics in this class is the way we will be using our low back.

Class #4

You will need a pillow & wall space for this class. In this class we explore forward flexions, integrating a lot of the elements we have been practicing. It is very important here not to trigger any low back pain.

Class #5

You will need a space on the wall and a pillow/bolster for this class. During this class we will work with the wall combined with the floor. Having the legs on the wall increases the pressure on the spine, even when we don’t notice. This is an intense class, learn how your body reacts, learn more about your body.
